10 Effective ways to lose belly fat

We’ve all faced the trouble of stubborn belly fat unless we’re absolutely muscular with less than 10% body fat. The thinnest of people have their stomachs forming tyres like marshmallows upon sitting. While there are hundreds of corsets and other illusionary things available in the market to make the belly fat seem less, let’s discuss some healthy effective ways to reduce belly fat.

  • Exercise: No I’m not asking you to do those painful crunches, but even a 30 minute brisk walk daily will help to reduce your overall body weight and the belly will most definitely see the difference.
  • Structured diet: No matter how much you exercise, if you’re going to eat carb loaded pizza, it won’t make any sense whatsoever. Try keeping the carbs as low as possible and keep a good protein intake. Always remember that carbs are your worst enemy in weight loss.
  • Quit sugar and Artificial sweeteners: I’ve said this in some other articles and I’ll say it yet again. We all know how bad sugar is for weight gain, acne and diabetes, but artificial sweeteners are really pathetic as well, they seriously spoil the metabolism in the long run and are even linked to cancer. Always consume natural zero calorie Stevia sweeteners instead with the only additional ingredient being erythritol. Antioxidants in brown Stevia tablets are particularly helpful.
  • Black coffee: Black coffee is a natural fat burner and while much of it shouldn’t be had due to the caffeine content, a cup a day before exercise is a great option.
  • Munch healthy: We all want to munch on junk but if you make it a habit to have dry fruits instead, it’ll go a long way with health benefits as well as weight management.
  • Sleep: Get your optimum 5 to 6 hours of sleep every night, disturbed sleep patterns increase weight and definitely don’t help in weight loss, so even if you’re doing other things right except this one, it could be a hindrance.
  • Green Tea: Antioxidants in green tea are helpful in burning belly fat as well. 2 to 3 cups a day with Stevia is a great choice that doesn’t only taste well, but also has many health benefits.
  • Warm lime water: Start your day with having warm water with a whole lime squeezed in it, it is a great source of vitamin C and also promotes healthy metabolism.
  • Say yes to fibres: Spinach and numerous more vegetables are fibre rich, fibre helps in digestion and cures bloating, which could be one of the reasons of your belly being bulgy.
  • Vinegar it up: You could add a teaspoon or two of apple cider vinegar in your food or simply have it with water, it helps with acidity as well and helps your body healthy too.
